You will take on new challenges and break down old barriers and thought patterns that have been holding you back. You will work together to make meals and learn new ways to address your needs. Together, we will build a community that enhances your sobriety. And when you leave, the community you’ve built at Jackson House will stay with you. We have ongoing support groups and outpatient programs to keep you connected.

While community is important, we understand no two individuals are alike, which is why every treatment plan is highly customized to meet each client’s unique needs. Often times, addiction starts with deep pain, trauma and complicated family dynamics or issues from your past. Our team wants to work with you to help you understand the challenges you are facing and what may be driving your addiction. Once we understand the obstacles in your way, we can develop a custom-built program and help you break free from the cycle of using drugs or alcohol.

Addiction takes a toll on your body. Food is vital part of recovery, which is why our treatment program places a strong emphasis on nutrition and bonding with peers over a meal. If you are battling with addiction, whether it be drugs or alcohol, there is a good chance your body is depleted of key nutrients. A balanced diet can help you heal from the inside out, which will balance the chemicals in your brain and make you feel less anxious.
