PsyD, LMFT, RADT-I. Assistant Clinical Director
Lauren Bruaski, PsyD, LMFT, RADT-I, has been a therapist for the last five years, with the last four of those spent working in addiction-focused treatment. She has worked across multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, PHP/IOP, telehealth, and private practice. Before coming to Jackson House, she was working as the lead therapist in the addictions department of a psychiatric hospital.
Dr. Bruaski graduated with her PsyD in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and she is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Drug and Alcohol Technician (RADT-I).
“I love how the company is focused on putting client care first. A big part of wanting to work at Jackson House is the company commitment to quality care, recovery imperatives, and addiction primary treatment. I am excited to work with a program that is focused on helping client’s develop their sober community, which includes inviting their family and friends into the process. At Jackson House Recovery Center, in addition to the therapies we provide, treatment includes weekend BBQs because we want client’s families to feel welcome, because they are a part of the treatment process.”
In her free time, Dr. Bruaski can often be found with a book in hand. When the weather is good, she enjoys surfing, and in the winter she loves to snowboard. If she’s not doing one of those things, she’s likely spending time spoiling her dog.
“Change is always possible! At Jackson House, we aim to give you the tools to help you live a full and successful life.”
